This Adult | Pediatric Package includes 2 Visits and Naturopathic Dietary Evaluation. The first visit is 2-2.5 hours with Comprehensive Medical Intake, Physical Exam for Nutrient Deficiencies and time to explain and answer medical questions. The second visit is 1-1.5 hours to review any ordered lab work, receive detailed counseling on Food Intolerances and your unique prescribed anti-inflammatory diet and treatment plan.
Pre-Pay rate for a series of 10 Constitutional Hydrotherapies for patients as part of a drugless treatment plan option. Expires within 2 months of purchase. The full value is $900.

In order to prevent a cancellation within 24 hours, we require a $350 credit or debit card deposit to reserve your new patient appointment, which is then applied toward your first visit.

Sample collection is included in the first visit. Results discussed during the follow-up as part of dietary counseling. Fee is applied at every first visit.

A great option for those who already have a great doctor and just want to learn their food intolerances. This includes a 15 minute sample collection visit followed by a 30-60 minute in person appointment to discuss and teach the details of Food Intolerances. Naturopathic Physician Hourly Rate is 275 for Adults and 225 for Pediatrics (those under 18 years of age).
Note that visits are prolonged by twice as much as the standard so that we have enough time for the humanistic narrative style of medicine. This is because we believe that being seen and heard is half of healing. We also spend the time to educate because the word doctor comes from the word docere, meaning to teach.

Telephone calls, e-mail and chat communications may be subject to time-based invoicing at the hourly physician rate.
A Credit Card is required to make an appointment and held via Healthie, the secure and PCI compliant Electronic Medical Record System, for the purpose of invoicing. Payment is collected at the time of the appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Notice must be by email, text, or voicemail and be sent no later than 24 hours prior to the start of your scheduled appointment time. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the scheduled visit’s value. Regarding rescheduling outside of 24 hours advance notice, the first time has no penalty. The second reschedule is charged 50% of the visit’s value. The third reschedule is charged 100% of the visit’s value. For established patients, one cancellation charge is waived. Please give your calendar a thorough look before scheduling.
Pre-Pay Package appointments expire after 12 months of 1st visit.
