Intolerance vs. Allergies

Intolerance --> Food is not digested well --> Inflammation

Intolerance refers to an enzymatic, functional deficiency of a person’s ability to digest and assimilate foods. Elimination of the Intolerance(s) restores normal functioning and nutrient absorption so that the body can itself.

Poorly digested food creates “toxemia” in the intestines. Toxemia is the product of mal-digestive dysbiotic process in the intestine, creating toxic substances that enter the blood stream and disturb tissue function.
